This is my daughter Victoria. She is a 2010 senior this year...ahh the memories we have made together andthe new ones that she will forge for the future...its kind of bitter sweet. We are doing a two part series of her images because she just got her hair colored blond! (Thanks to Jill at Beau Monde Salon on 4th Street in Waterloo.) So we will be doing some more images - but really, how do I top these georgous images? So much fun! Love the boots - BTW, they are mine! lol...she is always stealing clothes out of my closet -

SO CUTE! love this smile! we tried despritly to get the two kids together...and it just wasnt happening! I do love the expressions on both of these beautiful babies! Thanks for bringing them in!

ALL KINDS OF STUFF!

June has been a areally busy month for me. The kids got out of school, our family then went to visit our family in Arizona. We rode horses at the X DIAMOND ranch which was great fun, we got to see some indian pyrogliphs and an old settlement where the indians once lived, we also went swimming and just alot of time relaxing. Of course, I had my camera with me and photographed alot of the Arizona landscapes - still working on those - I will upload a few soon however - I also photographed this adorable family, some babies, some headshots from the new Beau Monde Salon in Waterloo - you have to check out this salon! It is unique and I think they are offering some great services!This is the Picha girls with their mom- I think this is my favorite image from the entire session.

This is Brady. He has a rare muscle cancer and is undergoing chemo treatments at Iowa City. There is a benifit in his honor August 1st. There will be a raffle and the opportunity to win a 32" flat screen TV! I will post more info on this later today!

I have been photographing this sweet girl for a few years now. She has really grown up and is SO mature! I love the opportunity to watch these kids grow up! what an honor!
Dr. Holahan with Cedar Valley Orthodontics and I are doing a promotional for his walls in his office- this also allows me to get to meet lots of TWEENS! This is a good age to photograph - they dont run away from me, they get my dumb jokes - or at least they laugh at them - and well, its just great to meet some kids in this age group that are typically not photographed every year- like they were when they were younger!

More of those sweet baby lips. this is Michael - I love his name - as it happens to be my sons name too. He is SO cute, cuddly and always smiling...until he comes to the studio. I dont know if it is the big black camera that scares him or what - but he has a lifetime of me photographing him so he really needs to get used to it! lol

well, I know I have said it before, but my goal is to add on to this blog weekly. Sometimes I am so busy that I forget - but, here you are - heres the update!
